About SAL Management

Caring for Utah families since 2006.

Three caregivers-turned-partners, one mission: create safe, beautiful,
home-like communities where every resident feels at home.

About SAL Management

It started with one 16-bed home in Tremonton.

SAL Management Group, LLC was established in 2006 when Scott, Gene, and Nate purchased a 16-bed facility in Tremonton and named it Our House of Tremonton. From there, SAL slowly began acquiring communities and taking on management agreements across Utah.

Today, our roles split cleanly: Scott oversees Operations, Gene oversees Finances, and Nate oversees Marketing and Development. Scott and Nate both started as caregivers before becoming administrators of large communities. Gene came from Commercial Lending and brings the financial backbone to the partnership. Both Nate and Scott have served many years on the board of the Utah Assisted Living Association — each as President and as Treasurer.

It is our goal to create and provide a safe, home-like environment for each of our residents and Super Caregivers — through beautiful, clean communities and "WOW" experiences. Thank you for trusting us with your loved one.
